The homogenous furnace group consists of a homogeneous furnace,a cooling chamber,and a charging car.Under precise temperature control,the homogenizing furnace heats the aluminum rod to an appropriate annealing temperature,homogenizes the casting structure,and eliminates residual stress to obtain alumium rods with excellent performance.

The cooling chamber is composed of cooling air and water,which forcibly cool the homogenized aluminum rod to obtion fine grains.
During the semi continuous casting process of aluminum alloy,due to the fast cooling rate,the alloy composition solidifies under non equilibrium conditions,resulting in segregation,low ingotshaping,poor processing performance,and unfavorable effects on hot and cold working processes.
The purpose of homogenization annealing is to heat the ingot to a certain temperature,improve the atomic diffusion ability,and quickly complete the process of transition from non equilibrium to equilibrium,eliminate the segregation of microstuicture and components,and residual stress
