         Heating Method of Thermal Equipment And The Role of Purchasing New Low Nitrogen Burners

             As one of the newer heating methods, air based heating not only plays a significant role in the "coal to electricity" heating transformation in the north, but also is highly favored in the increasing heating demand in the south. So, what are the three heating methods of thermal energy equipment.

            The first method: Thermal energy equipment host+fan coil heating system.

           Advantages: Fan coil units are usually installed in concealed ceilings, which do not occupy living area space and save space compared to exposed heat sinks. Moreover, the air outlet is gentle, unlike the dry and    uncomfortable hot air blown by air conditioners or electric heaters. When using the same thermal energy equipment, the heat exchange efficiency of the fan coil unit is high, and the heating area will reach the set temperature in a relatively short time.

         The second method: thermal energy equipment host+underfloor heating system.

         Advantages: Recognized as a comfortable home heating method, the heating temperature is uniform, and the warmth comes from the feet, which is in line with the theory of "cool head and warm feet" in traditional Chinese medicine. The hot water temperature required for floor heating is generally around 40 ℃, and the efficiency is higher when the hot water temperature of thermal energy equipment is around 40 ℃.

        The third method is a thermal energy device host+radiator heating system. The temperature of the hot water thermal energy device required by the radiator is generally required to be above 55 ℃. The higher the hot water temperature, the lower the efficiency of the thermal energy device, because the winter temperature is already low, which makes it difficult for the heat pump to obtain heat from the air. The energy efficiency of the heat pump will be greatly reduced, and the energy consumption of the equipment will increase significantly, making it impossible to achieve energy-saving heating.

       The function of purchasing a new low nitrogen burner:

        1. Check whether the external diesel is in place, whether the pipeline is unobstructed, and whether the low nitrogen combustion engine agent and external power control are in place.

       2. Adjust the load of the burner to a low load, the low nitrogen burner, and the ignition position accordingly to a low load. Turn off the high load for ignition and observe the flame situation. Adjust the servo motor or damper according to the flame situation.

       3.  When reducing the large output of the nitrogen burner, it is necessary to gradually adjust the load from a relatively small load to a larger load according to the load situation of the heating equipment, and adjust the servo motor or damper accordingly according to the situation.

      4. Observe whether there is any deviation of flame, insufficient combustion of flame, vibration and other phenomena.

     5. After adjustment, multiple ignitions should be carried out to observe whether the ignition is good and the thermal energy equipment.
